What is MMA?
MMA or mixed martial arts are a full-contact combat sport whose regulation combines the rules and techniques of all major martial arts. 5 rounds each of 5 minutes where the winner is declared at the end of the fight
How it works and how MMA is managed
Generally each fighters has its own fighting calendar where, every 3 months, it has to compete with other athletes of its weight range. The fighters are divided into categories based on weight, featherweight, average and maximum 2 or 3 days before fighting there is the so-called “trash talking” where the two wrestlers confronted each other in words and often with strong insults to intimidate the other. A few hours before the fight the wrestlers are weighed and if they do not fall into their category they are declared losers by giving the match won by desk for the other fighter.
There are things I am willing to die for, but there are none for which I would be willing to kill.

MMA Pink
For more than 10 years also the MMA as all the world sports “dresses in pink”, that is that also this sport is open to the female world. This part of MMA has nothing to envy to the male one, as also women like men they fight in the same way and even the cash prizes are very similar. The only difference is the weight bands, where the female ones are much lower than the male because of their physical constitution.
